Songs of the Dead: Deadfellaz Song Contest.

Our recent ‘Draw the Undead’ contest saw over 370+ people submit incredible derivative visual art, we were blown away by the talent and enthusiasm — so now let’s hear the horde!

We are asking holders AND non holders to create a song of any genre, inspired by Deadfellaz. The top 3 entries will be played at our Halloween Party — with our top winner receiving 3ETH. We are joined by guest judges Pussy Riot and Doksan of CHVRCHES who will help us determine our winning entries.

Deadline:

Entries must be received by the 27th October, 9am EST. The google form will be closed at that point for judges Betty, Psych, Pussy Riot and Doksan to review the entries.

Prizes:

1st place: 3ETH, 1 Deadfellaz NFT, song played at the Halloween party.

2nd and 3rd place: 1 Deadfellaz NFT, song played at the Halloween party.

4th and 5th place: 1 Deadfellaz NFT.

Rules:

• Create a song of any genre/style inspired by Deadfellaz.
• Cannot be a previously released song, however you can sample other songs.
• If sampling another song, you must have permission from the creator of that song.
• Cannot contain overtly explicit or offensive content.
• You can collaborate with a group of people.
• One entry per person/group.

How To Enter:

• Upload your track to YouTube, SoundCloud or Audius.
• Submit your entry via the Google doc, including the link to your track.
• Tweet the link to your track with the hashtag #songsofthedead — making sure to tag the Deadfellaz account.
• Have fun! We can’t wait to hear from the horde.
